Carlo Ortiz joined One Sotheby’s International Realty with over fifteen years of real estate experience catering to international and local clients. Born in California and raised in Miami, he is familiar with each neighborhood in the community. Carlo specializes in Brickell and downtown Miami, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, and Miami Beach. Additionally, he is happy to work with clients throughout all of South Florida.

Carlo has a Bachelors degree of Science in Accounting and has worked for Morgan Stanley, Bank of America and other global companies which have given him a strong sense of value for assets, liabilities, and equity. He is also a board member for his home community association. His activity as owner-investor, in addition to his extensive experience in the real estate industry, has granted him an equivalent to a “Doctorate in Real Estate”.  He is also an avid learner who believes in constant self-improvement.
